Non-smoking room, DESIGNER accommodation and customer-oriented staff. Brilliant food, reasonably priced. It was right next to Playa del Carmen heart of the city. The Irish bar was nice and the drinks were warm. We had a very nice time staying at this hotel.

We had a perfectly pleasant stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. Fabulous place, knowledgeable staff. The location was perfect, at walking distance from coco bongo. Spotless place and outstanding service.

I enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were nice. Queen room was cosy and warm. Best possible location to mamitas beach. Fairly clean property, helpful service;))

There were tiny beds, and quite bad views.

Location was unique and the rooms were bright. And it also had marvellous view. The absolutely incredible staff there were happy to help. True 3-star experience, great service.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
